We begin with a complete site assessment and technical review. Material types, welding standards, and project scope are clearly defined to ensure smooth execution from the start.
CAD drawings and welding procedures (WPS/PQR) are developed and submitted for approval. Every detail is checked against project specifications to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
We procure certified materials and inspect them thoroughly. All Material Test Certificates (MTCs) are verified to guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards.
Our certified workforce performs TIG, MIG, and ARC welding under expert supervision. Each weld is measured for strength, accuracy, and conformance to engineering plans.
We perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods like UT, RT, PT, and VT to check weld integrity, safety, and performance against international codes (ASME, AWS).
Before handover, we conduct full QA/QC checks and deliver all documentation. Post-delivery support includes performance reviews and maintenance assistance for long-term value.
